Generic Survey Instructions in English

This Web-based opinion survey covers such variables as: job satisfaction, your management, your confidence in the organizastion, stress, well being, and commitment. In addition, you will also be able to provide any additional comments/views/opinions that you would like to submit. All the answers you give and all the information you provide is anonymous, and it is impossible to trace the individual who provided the answers etc.; so feel confident that you can answer honestly and candidly.

Passwords are distributed randomly within each department. Once you have completed the survey and your answers have been registered in Humatek´s database, your password will be deactivated. In other words you can not use someone else's password or "lend" yours to a colleague. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, please dispose of this letter upon completion of the survey. Otherwise there is a risk that your password might be confused with an unused password.

The instructions at the web place will be in Swedish. Just click "fortsätt" (meaning continue) until you come to the page where you can select a language for the survey from a dropdown list at the bottom at the page. Select "English" and press "Inloggning".

The survey has a scale from -3 to +3. There is purposely no 0 or middle point on the scale. Otherwise it can in some instances be too easy not to take a stance in a question that one finds uncomfortable.

You need access to a Computer with Internet, running Netscape 6.22 or Internet Explorer 5.5 and later versions. If you do not have access to Internet, ask your boss for a paper copy of the survey and instructions on where to submit it and how to fill it out.

Note that this survey must be completed in one session; if you break off your session before you have completed the survey and before your answers are stored, you will have to start again from the beginning.

The results of the survey are available first upon completion of the survey study. This is to protect the integrity of the employees, who are participating in the survey study. When the survey is ended, no more surveys will be added to the compiled results even if there are still some unused passwords.
